Regulatory/Tax Investigations Ref: 21567 Our client, one of the top city law firms, is currently looking to recruit 2 locums to assist on one of the largest tax investigations in the country. Candidates will need to be capable of reviewing a large amount of documents and have experience of working in a large city law firm environment. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to commit for a minimum of three months. They are paying a competitive rate and overtime rates. They will consider foreign Qualified Lawyers from top tier firms in Common law countries. Tax experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Corporate Tax Locum Ref: 21298 Our client is a mid sized city firm, reknowned for its corporate tax work. They need a locum to assist on mergers and acquisitions, advice to the property sector and employee incentives. The contract will probably last 3-6 months, maybe longer.

They are currently looking for a high calibre Solicitor to focus on technology disputes as well as IP litigation. The role will focus on enforcing their client’s copyrights and designs, trademarks, patents and other IP rights. They are currently looking for a corporate lawyer to cover the maternity leave of their Professional Support Lawyer, for a 6-12 month period starting in August / September. On top of the general PSL duties of maintaining precedents and assisting fee earners with Know How, they would also like this person to get involved in graduate training and other projects.
